Leading roles: Founder and Owner of Substance For Fashion Conscious People that is located in the Short North area of Columbus. She strives to combine her passion for fashion with her philanthropic, environmental and other community interests.
What makes her store unique: Christina opened Substance in 2006. Since her first sale, she has given a percentage of every purchase to improvements in education for children.
On what excites her most about Substance: It’s making each aspect of the shopping experience unique. With more then 6 employees and three years of rapid sales, Christina plans to expand the company as a franchise within the next few years.
On what she loves most about Columbus: “The North Market, Basi Italia, Alphastate Yoga and Pilates Studio and COSI (I have small children)”
Craziest passion: “Grocery shopping.”
